The first time I saw Eurotek in Oklahoma City from the Freeway, as it is conveniently located off I-40. I was surprised to see Triumph, Ducati, BMW motorcycles and a selection of used bikes of all kinds and brands. I bought a new Triumph Street Scrambler here last year and this year I bought another Scrambler. The sales associates are great and offered me a test ride when I was only waiting to talk to services, parts, or looked at bikes. This is not the standard at other motorcycle dealerships. Also these folks tend to remember you when you come in, taking you serious and are friendly regardless of you being dressed in motorcycle clothes, work pants or in sports clothing. I experienced that this is also not the case in other dealerships. This was reason enough to come back over and over again, sometimes just to look at new bikes or clothing. The service people will give you advice, parts associates are assisting to locate items, and never forget to call you. I want to give finance and management a big thumbs up, not only will they assist you in your effort to purchase a bike, but also sticking to their offers, deals and help you any way they can. I have two Triumph's right now, but know that I will be back at Eurotek again, and again, and again... I guess until I buy another motorcycle.

The process for purchasing a motorcycle can be difficult, especially for someone such as myself. I spent nearly a month looking at various models, but once I had narrowed it down to a triumph the search did not end there. I talked to dealers from Deep in Florida, California, my home in Tennessee, 4 dealerships in Texas and two in Oklahoma. I can tell you with 100% certainty out of all these states only one dealership stood out in the amount of assistance provided, customer care, promptness and accuracy. Most of the dealerships I spoke with took my call and thought I had no serious intentions in making a purchase, since I was not there in person I can understand this to an extent. This was not the case with Alex and Ted at EuroTek, they were beyond helpful in my decision for the 800 vs 1200 tiger, even over the phone they treated me like I was standing in the building. I have nothing but positive things to say, they even picked me up from the airport and took me back to the dealership and provided lunch. I am terrible with names, I wish I could remember everyones name and give them a specific thank you in this letter, but I can say I think every single employee came up to me at some point and either asked if I needed help or offered some sort of assistance. One man even offered to let use his personal helmet to see if I liked it. The dealership was spotless, organized, fun and inviting. I cannot say enough about how positive an experience I had. This is the first time I have ever felt the need to write a thank you letter to a dealership, but it is well deserved. I would just like to say once again thank you, you made the drive well worth it, as my wife and I relocate with the air force later in life I would not be surprised if I flew into OKC and purchased from you again. Keep up the good work.

I bought a new fresh-from-the-crate Diavel from Eurotek after talking to Jason about the Multistrada and HyperMotard and test riding a demo. It was a friendly, no pressure experience. Even though the demo Diavel ran great, I was still picky. I really wanted the base model matte black Dark version but didn't see one on the showroom floor. Luckily, there was one in the back, still in the crate. I was trading in my Rocket III and instead of taking a cab home, AC and Jason let me ride home on a demo Monster. I came back the next day after work and upon finalizing things, I rode my new Diavel home, taking the most convoluted way on surface streets to see what the Duc could do. I was not disappointed--not with the bike and not with Eurotek. Both exceeded my expectations. After almost 5000 miles, I've had no issues with the Diavel so far. I only had to replace the rear tire because it picked up a nail--but that's not Eurotek's fault and I already bought the tire replacement plan, so it got replaced without hassle. But, that's not the end of the story. Several months later, I wanted to trade in my thoroughly-used earlier generation HyperMotard. Even though it was an extremely busy Saturday morning, Rendon found the time to talk to me and give me enough information to decide between either the Triumph Explorer or the Multistrada. I then test rode the Multistrada. The demo ran like a champ. However, I decided on an in-stock-but-out-of-sight base model Aaron mentioned to me since I initially didn't want all the accessories--I was more interested in the bike itself instead taking said bike on long road trips. That bike was in the back but fortunately already put together. Rendon, Aaron, and Alison were able to get the deal together smoothly despite the high volume of customers they had that day. Deja vu: After saying goodbye to my old Hyper, I took the long way home on my new Multi. Weeks later, I came back for several reasons: 600-mile service, to install accessories I bought through Eurotek for my Multistrada, and to replace the rear tire because it also picked up a nail. Ryan had set me up for success by recommending accessories and answering my questions since I never owned an adventure bike before. Ben and Kelly coordinated with Ryan so whenever I came in, I didn't have to worry where the parts were. Just check in, hang around and talk motorcycles, drink some water since it's hot outside, check out. Straightforward and no drama. Kelly also made sure I only paid for what I owed (accessory installation) since I had pre-paid maintenance and tire replacement plan as part of my initial purchase of the Multistrada. No worries. Overall, my experience with Eurotek has been excellent. I would buy another motorcycle and accessories from Eurotek. I also would schedule service for any of my bikes with Eurotek.

I traded in my 2012 BMW K1600GT for a 2016 model. BMW of OKC was very fair on the trade in price and on the new bike price. The service from sales and the rest of the staff was exemplary throughout the entire process. Because of my schedule constraints, they had to compress the prep and delivery times, but did a great job getting it done on time.I have been very satisfied with BMW of OKC's after-purchase support as well. The service department and parts department are great. I recently had warranty work done on my K1600 GTL. Service department ordered in the parts and set up an appointment to have the work completed. I incorrectly put the wrong date on my schedule for the appointment and show up on the wrong day. When I discovered this I said I would reschedule, Kelly in service said not to worry about in and they would work me in so I would not have to make the trip again. During the warranty work they discovered a fuel line connection that was bad and needed replaced. That part would have to be ordered and the bike would need to be kept overnight to get the part in. The only problem was I had no way to get home. They arranged a loaner for me and the next day had my bike ready to go. I was very thankful they discovered the problem with the fuel line as I was leaving for a long road trip in 2 weeks. The parts department has ordered accessories for me on both of my bikes with no issues and great at following up if had questions on anything. Thanks, Randy L.

I dropped in on these guys, discussed it, and decided that the full Termis were the way to go. I visited Eurotek a couple of weeks ago after scheduling a test ride through Triumph's test ride program. I was scheduled to test ride a Triumph Rocket. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate for me on the day of my scheduled ride. I visited the dealership and was greeted by Jason one of the sales staff who had set up my test ride. He had the Rocket serviced and fueled ready for a ride. However, do to the wet conditions and my lack of wet weather gear I declined to take the bike out on the streets. I just couldn't bring myself to do it. They were willing to turn me loose on one of the limited edition (#006 of 500)Rockets. That blew me away. After drooling over the bike for a good half hour, I visited with Kyle in parts to order petcock gaskets/seals for my '06 Bonneville. Not only did he find the parts quickly on the computer, he got them ordered and delivered to the shop quickly. He then mailed them to me in Amarillo. Then there was Diana who assisted me with my accessory purchases. I had a $35 voucher code from Triumph for scheduling the test ride. However, I was the first customer to redeem the code at Eurotek. Diana went way out of her way contacting the Triumph rep to get instructions on how to enter the code in their computer system so they could redeem for me. She spent well over thirty minutes playing phone tag with people but ultimately she got it to work! All in all everyone at Eurotek I interacted with was very personable, pleasant, and willing to help. I was not ever ignored nor was I bothered by one of the sales staff constantly hovering just in sight. Well done.

I was in need of a new bike and after doing my research I was pretty sure I wanted a new Tiger 800 XRx. We ( my daughter and I) got up early so that we cold get to the store as soon as they opened. As we arrived we were greeted by the staff as they were still rolling bikes out the door for the day. With in minuets I was on the Tiger 800 XRx for a test ride and happy as cold be.When I returned we quickly settled on a deal, with me trading in my old bike at a fair value. Over all I had a great experience with purchasing my new Triumph Tiger 800XRx, and will return to them in the future to get my add-ons and equipment. My sales person was fantastic, Jared did everything he could to make me feel at home, Allison was fast and efficient, Kyle in the parts department spent a lot of time with me picking out accessories. EUROTEK has a great team in place! Recent experience with my 2015 K1600GT purchase was one of the best buying experiences I have had in over 50 years of riding. AC Spencer always takes the time to chat with me even after the purchase! Dave in the shop rates right in the top 5 mechanics I have had to deal with, Dave is quiet but has a plethora of knowledge on all motorcycles and especially BMWs. Kelly has always made it a point to contact me on service to keep me informed. Kyle has the knowledge to look up and get parts even when their almost impossible to find! The store is always comfortable, clean and well organized. Allison and the rest of the team are all great to work with and be around. I highly recommend stepping in and introducing yourself.
